Today, I was looking in the morrior, and I realized that we as humans are obsessed with ourselves. We need our looks, our actions, and our simple functions to be perfect. For women, it is especially bad. We need out make up to look great, our hair to be voluminous full of life. How many men's products do you see with something talking about how it makes you look "beautiful" or "better" ? Because I don't see very many.
I went to the bathroom at school today and there was a girl who was the cutest thing on thew planet. Her hair was up and out of the way, she had hardly any makeup on, and she was in comfy clothes, but she still looked gorgeous. She was staring in a mirror, gazing at her imperfections more than her perfections. And she did a little turn, and sighed because she didn't see what she wanted to see. I simply looked at her and said, "You look great, don't waist your time in a mirror." She smiles and had a little gleam in her eye that made my day. Knowing that I could help someone like that have the slightest bit of confidence was amazing.
Ladies and gentlemen, don't be afraid to look how you do when you roll out of bed. Just be who YOU want to be, not who society wants you to be. Don't let every imperfection bring you down, because everyone is perfectly imperfect.
I love you guys.
Thanks for listening.
